Crown & Anchor Sign Up

My husband and I are headed on our first cruise next month. In anticipation, I signed up for Crown & Anchor. The next day I had 8 points and gold status credited to my account. In reading everything, it appears this isn't supposed to happen until after the cruise. Is this normal? Are these points just "pending" until after the cruise or can I expect to see gold level benefits when we board? Thank you in advance!!

Not normal, but should you get gold level on your cruise, enjoy it!

Go into your account and click on "completed cruises" and see if anything is listed.

 

About a week after the cruise check to see if you got another 7 points added. :D

Thanks! When I go to my previous cruises it says something like it can't access this information now. I am going to keep my fingers crossed on this one. I was on a cancelled empress cruise so I certainly won't feel bad about an error in my favor :/
