Charges made to on-board account identified by folio number?

If two people use the same credit card for on-board expenses, will it be possible to see who made the charges? My SO and I have always used individual credit cards, but this time we would like to use our joint card. Most of the charges are joint, but we want to each pay our own casino charges. Will we have to keep track of it as we go, or will the charges be identifiable on the final printout?

Charges are made per folio number. So when it comes to the casino, whoever has their card in the machine (slot), is receiving or losing the money. You can also keep track of who charged what by reviewing your accounts (by folio number), on the television in your room. You can also keep track by check on one of the sail and sign kiosk usually located on the 3rd-5th decks near the atrium.

So to summarize, yes, all charges are made by folio number. That way you can divvy up who bought what by looking at you tv or going to a kiosk.

Exactly! In fact for some reason it annoys my husband that on the tv, it shows our bill like 2 separate accounts, even though just using one card. He runs down to GS every morning to get "one" billed printed out that combines both.

Thank you! That will save us from ending every evening with an accounting exercise. We are playing the rewards credit card game (running charges through the card for points), so the cash I have accumulated in the "fun money" envelope in my desk will have to be deposited to pay the credit card.

Just look at whomever is the "primary" (who did the online check in and said, "I'll pay for the other person".) Everything will show on the tv on their folio.

I pay the sign and sail charges for myself and my parents when we sail, I can look up their charges on their folio but I get all charges for my credit card on my folio.

If my wife enters her folio number on the TV, it says what she has charged. If I enter my folio number, it has what I have charged and what she has charged because the account was set up in my name, giving her charging privileges.
