Can I upgrade 123 All package to the new Go Best?

I have booked a Christmas sailing when the old 123 Go sale was on. I have the all inclusive package (bev, OBC & gratuities). Can this be upgraded to the new Go Best package (to give the internet and premium bev package)?

I don't have any information directly, but I would suspect they would not allow you to simply switch promotions. You could always cancel and rebook, but you would then be paying the current price and you may lose your choice of cabin. (I assume Aussies are allowed to cancel-- I know it's a problem for EU cruisers.)

a suite and that got the Go Best package, so I assume you have a suite.

I would think you have to see what the current prices are to see if it is offered on your cruise and what the fare is currently to upgrade.

The main reason why I am typing here is to tell you I was told the Go Best promotion will only be offered until 3/31/16, for now...so start making your calls...

Good luck,

Bernadette

I upgrade my last cruise 4 months before. We had booked onboard A1 cabin with 123go and OBC to a Sky Suite S1. I got a new reservation number and gave me the OBC from my 1st booking. Then they gave me more OBC for booking the S1 cabin. In the end it cost me $900 more. We ended up with Best all 4 that comes with the S1 booking and $850 in OBC. There is a sign in the casino about not be able to get your OBC back in cash. It was a great cruise.

The OP may not have a suite as there was a promotion running quite awhile ago for Concierge cabins that included all the 3 perks. If this is the case, they would need to speak to X to confirm if combining the 2 was permitted. They possibly may have decide which works out better in their particular situation.

When booked under that old promotion, one has to take into consideration the cost of the extra perk i.e. a price drop may not actually be worth taking when adding in the cost of the third perk to any current pricing (mainly because lately the perk promotion has only included 2, unless booking a suite ;)).

I assume they booked a suite, as I thought you only get all 4 perks in a Go Best for booking a suite......(

if not, I would think no possibility to get the Go Best perks....they are offering now for a suite booking...(that was why I said I assumed.... :)

Under the current promo, anyone in an Oceanview and above can purchase the 'Best' option and receive all 4 perks (on applicable sailings), you don't have to be in a suite, just pay the $45 pp per day. However, some of the previous promos included 3 perks in with the deal. So that's what I thought the OP was referring to. They had the old all inclusive package. The 3 perks were grats, classic drink package and OBC and they were asking how much it would be, or if it was even possible, to add on the unlimited Internet and upgrade the drink package to premium (items from the new 'Best' package).

I wasn't saying you were wrong, just highlighting that it appeared you were under the impression that you couldn't get all 4 perks unless you were in a suite ;).

but I meant all 4 perks for no additional charge occurs in a suite...not a paid upgrade...

It was odd, the invoice mentioned I had go best perks, but on another invoice it only mentioned classic package was included.....so I made sure to have Celebrity sent me a written confirmation my ressie included the premium package....

I don't see any hard ciders on their beverage list though, and that's what I like.....I rarely drink...but appreciate the freedom that package gives us....

Woodchuck (Amber and Pear), Strongbow and Angry Orchard Crisp were available in my last cruise (Dec 15). All under the premium package but not available at all bars. The cellar masters was my go to place for these ones.
