Harvest Caye...if our ship makes it there, what IS it?

Everything I've read about Belize doesn't make me want to visit there- I know where I'd rather be, even if NCL is making money rather than the local economy. Not that I plan to spend much money on HC- if there does turn out to be no free buffet it doesn't look too difficult to return to the ship for lunch.
