Luggage Direct vs Luggage Direct VIP

Am I to understand that regular "Luggage Direct" at a cost of $19.95/passenger means your luggage is taken the night before the cruise, you receive your boarding passes the night before you debark, and then you retrieve your luggage at your hometown airport baggage carousel?

 

VIP (I couldn't find the price for that) means everything as above, except your baggage is delivered to your house? How soon does it arrive at your house?
