NOLA--Holding luggage pre-cruise?

Is there someplace to hold luggage at the port while we browse around NOLA in the morning? We don't check in until 12:30 and don't want to drag the suitcases around before that.

Just drop your luggage off with the porters, and wait until 12:30 to actually check in.

I do not suggest trying to drive in to drop the luggage - you will get caught in the crush of people leaving the ship, but if you walk in via Julia street to their are lots of empty luggage carts, and staff collecting luggage for the next cruise - if you can put your label on ahead that is better, but, they will add one for you if needed - very organized.
