steveandjen Posted April 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2016 Hello. We are leaving on Sep 23 for a B2B on Explorer. We are driving down from BC. The cruise will be leaving Pier 91. The only info I can get on parking in Seattle for a cruise is the 2 paring lots at the pier however the pricing on that is ridiculous. Does anyone have any other ideas for parking in the area? mapleleaves Posted April 3, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2016 Parking around Seattle is very expensive. If you're staying at a hotel, google SeaTac stay and park hotels. There are other options but it's time and hassle to save a few bucks , ie park at an off airport lot (30 minutes south), take Uber or flatratetaxi to/from the pier for $35 each way. mapleleaves Posted April 3, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2016 in that case, the other option is what I posted earlier. Does it sound worth the time and energy ? Actually the savings would be a bit higher since you're saving 2 weeks of parking fees. There just aren't a lot of options when parking is expensive throughout the city. The other options involve parking in another town and making your way to the pier. OR don't drive. Pick up a cheap ticket on Bolt Bus. If you watch for the dates to become available and act immediately you can get a seat for a couple of bucks. Then cab it between the depot and pier.
