Evening Fira Reservations

In mid-September I will be on a Princess Cruise to Santorini and it looks as if the tour I have booked will end at 3pm in Fira. Based on what I have read here and the tour description it looks as if we will be cut loose from the tour with a ticket for the ride down to the tenders. As the ship is in port until 10pm that day I suspect we will probably have 4 or so hours before we need to get in line to ride the cable car. I was wondering if it would be possible to pre-book a restaurant (or bar) in the evening for a few hours? If so, any specific places that I should consider?

 

I am really looking forward to my time in Santorini and don't want to waste any of it. Not sure if it matters, but we will be in port on a Sunday.

i am planning on just walking in places to eat. i figure i sail at 10 so i need to think about the cable car at 8 to 830.
