Bayamo On Escape - Lunch?

According to THIS, Bayamo is open for lunch on Escape.

 

1. Is it open for lunch?
   
2. If so, is the menu the same as dinner?
   
3. What are the hours?
   
4. What would a vegetarian (not me :p) or vegan have as a main dish while there?

I've read a few mixed reviews but if anyone has a detailed experience (lunch or dinner), please share. :)

We just got off the Escape last Saturday and it wasn't open for lunch on any of the days. It did open up for dinner every night from 5:30pm-10pm.

 

Sadly, we didn't have a chance to try Bayamo, so can't give you any insight into the menu or the experience.
