Aurora missed ports

On the Sydney to Singapore leg of her world cruise Aurora missed Shanghai and Keelung due to bad weather. We sailed around for 2 days then docked at 3am to refuel :(

 

I had a letter from P&O yesterday, it appears that we will get £100 cruise credit by way of compensation. In addition I had a phone call from P&O about problems I had on disembarking in Singapore. They apologised and offered even more cruise credits. I accepted their offer which I thought fair. I won't say how much but it adds up to a very nice discount on my next cruise. :)

 

It took them under 2 weeks to respond to my email which is OK by me.

They've also missed Port Elizabeth since, and they've swapped Banjul for (I think) Funchal.
