Princess Denali Lodge shuttle to WAC

Does anyone know if a Princess shuttle bus runs from the lodge to the WAC? I called Princess reservations & they were not sure. They said hotel shuttle runs to visitor center but we are going on Eielson shuttle bus which runs from the WAC. From what I have found online the WAC & visitor center are 2 different places.

In 2014 the Princess shuttle made three stops, a hiking trail head, WAC and Visitor Center/ Train Station stop. Your biggest concern should be will your Eielson tour be back before Princess shuttle operation conclude for that day. You will need to be on one of first buses out to Eielson. Princess shuttle don't run as late as all the park operations shuttles.

We chose the 8:00 am Eielson bus for that reason. Will take 7:00 am shttle from the lodge to the WAC.

Yes, because the Internet will run out of space. :rolleyes: Calling Princess and asking seems like the logical approach, but you don't always get an informed person on the line. Do you have a TA to ask?

It states:

"We provide shuttle service hourly from 7 am to 7 pm between the lodge and the Denali National Park Visitors Center, the Wilderness Access Center and Horseshoe Lake. "

 

Definitely take the shuttle!
