IWantToLiveOverTheSea Posted May 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2016 I'm trying to get a handle on exactly where ships tender to in Bar Harbor. Is it close to the pier that the Margaret Todd uses? What is around there, or is there a street name I could look up on Google Earth? Is there any kind of terminal or visitor center near the pier that cruise ships use? Thank you. SailBadtheSinner Posted May 1, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 1, 2016 There is no terminal or visitor center at the dock where the tenders unload. The tenders unload the passengers at a floating dock just to the north of the town dock. On Google Earth the tender dock is located behind the building that is identified as Bar Harbor Whale Watch. The dock for the Margaret Todd is located behind Bar Harbor Inn & Spa. The street intersection would be West & Main. SBtS

The start of this shows the tender dock. All the best, Tony
