MadOnion Posted May 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2016 Hi everyone, A while ago we noticed an issue with signing up for the cruise critic event through the celebrity website. https://secure.celebritycruises.com/cruisecritic/getBooking Users either got a message saying it could not sign them up or the page or that the page is under construction/maintenance. Yesterday I received this reply from Celebrity on this issue. ---------- Good Day, We are aware of the issue and the priority. We already have a fix which is available on the next couple of days. We apologize for the inconvenience it’s causing. Thank you, Celebrity Technical Support ------------- So in the next couple of days the feature to sign up on the website should be up and running again. Iamthesea Posted May 4, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 4, 2016 This was posted on my Roll Call today. ;) Is this their fix? :rolleyes: I just got off the telephone with Celebrity and they have set up an email for the "Meet and Mingle" for Cruise Critic folks, since signing up on the website is not working. In the meantime I just called captains club and ask them to sign me up manually which they were happy to do. Who knows what the real answer is.
