pastthymes Posted May 5, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Can anyone give me the email/phone # for access to the FTTF waiting list. We're going on Pride June 5th, July 31st, Sept 25th.....and ALL OF THEM are sold out....
lizardhowson Posted May 5, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2016 There used to be an email address to which you could ask to be notified about upcoming releases, but according to many reports, Carnival has shut that down. You will have to do it the old fashioned way, check multiple times a day.
StolidCruiser Posted May 5, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2016 (edited) It was FTTFinfo@carnival.com but apparently someone else claims it's been shut down. Go figure. Edited May 5, 2016 by StolidCruiser
NewAddict Posted May 5, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2016 ^^Think that's correct^^ It worked on my previous cruise. Then I tried it on my upcoming cruise, and got a return email saying something bout "Don't email us again" or "This email address is no longer valid, etc" something like that. I think Carnival stopped with that service.

kpatrick74 Posted May 5, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 5, 2016 No wait list anymore. You can email shoreexcursions@carnival.com but they are of little help. Just keep looking and at random times. Mine was sold out since we booked later than normal. It was still sold out one day at 3pm but at 6:30pm they offered more. Some say 5am is a good time too. nina_930 Posted May 5, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 5, 2016 I cruised last year and was able to get it the day before we set sail. From what I heard, sometimes they open more up right before the cruise, so don't give up verifying if any opens up.

CruiseCrazyCouple0611 Posted May 6, 2016 #13 Share Posted May 6, 2016 We emailed FttFinfo@carnival.com on 4/15 for waitlist request for Sunshine sailing May,21st. We got an automated reply saying we had been added to waitlist. I will say that on our January cruise, we did the same thing and also had our Carnival Cruise Line Personal Vacation Planner watching it to help us snag a much coveted spot. Neither the waitlist nor the cruise planner contacted us when a few more opened up. I was vigilant at checking it in the morning and in the afternoon everyday. Finally on both cruises, I got lucky! Good luck....keep trying, if you watch it carefully, I'm sure you will have some measure of success;)
originalgeek Posted May 6, 2016 #14 Share Posted May 6, 2016 I just got this reply a few days ago [emphasis mine]: Thank you for your Faster to the Fun query about your sold out sailing. Please know final numbers ultimately depends on the numbers of Diamond and Platinum guests also sailing. Unfortunately, due to its popularity and as by its very nature- FttF is kept very limited, and may already be at its absolute final capacity in total for this voyage… typically sold out is sold out. But if you wish to keep checking online that is absolutely your prerogative. Please know they have shut down the fttfinfo/waitlist email address due to hundreds of requests for each sailing was deemed giving false hope. Worse case, my advice, a later arrival to the port, around 2-3pm, and typically you walk right onboard. J Thank you for your patience and your understanding. Wishing you a wonderful cruise, Best Regards, Tour Operations Carnival Cruise Line Another email also told me that IF any more opened up they would be added automatically to the excursions page for my cruise so just keep checking. Good news is that I can sleep in on sail day lol. No need to get up early to go wait.:)
momof622 Posted May 6, 2016 #15 Share Posted May 6, 2016 It just worked for me, thanks for whoever posted the email. I had email address before but couldn't find it this cruise. Automated reply says my name will be kept on file in the order they are received, We have a suite and connecting balcony. I would like to take advantage of the suite perks with my husband too. I wanted connecting cabins, the only one that was available is a suite and balcony my kids are 12 & 16 they won't allow the 2 girls to have names listed in the balcony cabin, only on interior or oceanviews. At least if we get FTTF for the balcony cabin we can all take advantage of priority boarding together and get the priority tendering. If not no biggy, we will still be cruising! (Baltimore ) , then choose fttf, but after that I can't get anywhere..it just tells me about fttf is all If you are logged in, go to "My Cruise Manager" then the top selection on the right is "Book Excursions". Cick that and you should see a page with shore excursions. At the top of the page it should list all your ports. The first one is the port you sail from. Click on that and you should see FTTF as a choice. It may say it's sold out or limited availability. BUT keep refreshing the page. I've been refreshing for weeks and kept seeing "Sold Out" but this morning at about 3am, I did one last refresh before going to bed and was shocked and surprised to see it was available. I jumped on it and got it and now see it in my booked excursions on my itinerary and got the confirmation email. I viewed my cruise documents and and boarding passes and luggage tags now all include the FTTF logo. If it comes up for you, get it while you can. I looked this afternoon and it was sold out again on my cruise.
eas2225 Posted May 8, 2016 #23 Share Posted May 8, 2016 It seems to me that the shore excursions email is hit or miss. I was on the Pride April 23, with 4 cabins booked. I was able to get one FTTF right after booking, but that was it. I emailed them and got the standard "We're sorry, you have to keep checking." About two weeks before cruising, another one became available, so we had two. I would just keep looking.
pastthymes Posted May 11, 2016 Author #24 Share Posted May 11, 2016 This may sound idiotic...but I'm wondering if it may be because this particular cruise booking...is a" complimentary interior room" from the casino. It has a Q in the booking#. In all my other cruises with Carnival..not one has a Q.????? Maybe because it's basically a free cruise...they won't offer faster to the fun?? Anyone else have a Q??
