Question about the MDR

Recommended Posts

If you are planning on "having one of everything" at dinner :D you may want to only dine only with your travel party, that way you aren't having to deal with trying to pace your interest in the menu with the other strangers at a large table. Tables for 2 or 4 are generally not hard to get, but if you have booked Anytime Dining, you may have a wait for a table, especially if you are wanting to dine during prime dinner hours, generally 5:00 to 7:30.

Others here have well documented the flexibility of the dining rooms at creating things that might not be on the menu, however keep in mind, that what folks are saying they can get off menu are not huge stretches for any properly stocked restaurant kitchen. There is always a limit to flexibility and if you request something which the kitchen just doesn't have the ingredients for, well, it can't be accommodated.

I hadn't thought about ordering from the kids menu, but I recently saw a copy of it from another CC member and thought that the selections were really good. Best kids menu I've seen in years. My daughter should really enjoy it on her next (1st) cruise.
