Evening entertainment on Baltic Cruise

I am wondering if any cruise has had a Folk Show on a Baltic Cruise with local entertainers on-board.

We are trying to decide if we want to book a Folk Show while in St. Petersburg or opt for a show performed on-board.

We are on-board the Celebrity Silhouette sailing June 19.

Any info would help our decision making process.

No help here, but I've been wondering the same thing. I'll be sailing the Baltic July 1 on Silhouette

I know when we were in St Petersburg last year (on Eclipse) they had local performers come on board to dance and sing. Lots of traditional dances. It was well publicised.

 

The show was on pretty late and we never made it as we had 2 long days of tours. From what we were told though it was very good.

They had a local folk dance group on the overnight in St Petersburg. Quite good and I don't remember them being real late.

In 2014 they had folk dancers come on-board. We didn't see them but heard they were good.

While in the Baltics on the Silhouette they brought in a group that was really exceptional. It was a late night show, but well worth staying up to see.
