Hotel director and concierge on Gem

Am going on the Gem next week and hoping that Sonia and Francisco are still there. Anybody know who the HD and concierge are currently on the ship. Keeping my fingers crossed that they are still on the ship.

I was on the gem week of April 30th. Monica was the conicerge and she was lovely. Very helpful always answered her phone and checked on us often. Sorry I forget HD name

on the 4/30 sailing the HD was Yuk (sorry if I am spelling incorrectly). And agree with Geri, Monica as concierge was great. Always available and always helpful and provided service with a smile.

Monica was great! I never met Vuk so I can't make any comments about him. Alvin is the CD. My opinion is that his humor is a little flat. I was traveling with small kids so I didn't get to go to a lot of the adult evening stuff but it was on the painful side when we tried to watch it on the TV the next day.
