2.5 hours near Crown Bay

We have almost 3 hours to blow before our excursion begins. We will be docked at Crown Bay. Is there a beach close by that would be easy to get back to in a short amount of time?

Just hop a taxi to Lindbergh Bay (aka Emerald Beach) - nice beach with a couple bars and restaurants and lounge rentals.

At the Crown Bay marina there's a bar/restaurant called "Tickles" with tasty drinks and a pretty view. :)

Is this at th end of your trip?

 

Buy postcards at your ports tops and write a little note on them for your loved ones at home. Bring stamps and pre addressed labels fr home.

 

Sit by the pool and get the cards ready.

 

Take the cards and a banana and your camera off the ship and go to:

 

Mail Stop

Mail the cards. US postage rates.

 

Walk over to Tickles and order a mimosa.

 

When the iguana's that live on the breakwater there notice you, calmly put a few pieces of banana down, not too close, and take pictures.

 

Everybody loves to get postcards, especially grand kids. And the grandkids will enjoy the pictures of the eguanas:D
