Booking for The Triumph and the room for the kids is next to the capital. What is this? And is it noisy? Is an inside cabin next to it okay?

I believe the Atrium is called, "The Capitol"

I would imagine they may hear music and noise from the atrium bar if you're really close and they go to bed early. I believe the bar is on level 3. So this picture would be floors 3-6.
