Piano Bar???

We are considering making the switch from carnival cruising to NCL....

We really enjoy the sing along piano bars on carnival, wondering if the Jade or dawn have these types of bars?

Norwegian will have more music in more bars/venues than Carnival does. I am not sure if you will find sing-a-long stuff, but the combos and bands are really really good on Norwegian.

I haven't sailed those ships but Howl at the Moon was a fun piano bar on Escape with lots of singing going on. So you can look for that "show". I also saw people singing along with the piano player in the atrium and in the District Brewhouse. So I agree with previous poster, I don't think you will have a problem. There was also karaoke!

Howl at TheMoon is present on the Epic/Getaway/Breakaway and Escape.

Some of the ships have Fat Cats which is mostly blues as well.

The atriums usually have a Piano player

 

This is important to me as well as I play piano and often I am allowed to participate.
