Hot tub question

This is out of pure curiosity. We just got off the Escape. It was FABULOUS btw....but why do they close the hot tubs (and Haven pool....not sure about other pools as we stayed in the Haven area most of the time) about 10 pm? Is it liability? Or some other reason?? Just curious!

For the hot tubs, it would be the nightly draining, cleaning, and super-chlorinating. For the pool it was probably just to get folks away from the area so they could wash the deck.

I know it's an old thread... But...

They close the haven pool and jacuzzi at 10pm? When I had the owners suite on the Gem it was open 24 hours.. But that was 2009..
