Specialty Restaurants & Kids

Recommended Posts

We're going on Allure in January with my kids 13,11 & 7. I know the 13 y.o. Will have to pay the adult price at specialty restaurants, but will my other 2? Do they have a kids menu or do they order off the adult menu?

Should I make the reservations for the kids at the same time or just tell them onboard that we have kids along. I had read it's better to not make reservations for the kids & just tell them you have kids to add on once you're onboard.

Thanks!

There is a children's menu. Children 6-12 pay $10 each if they order off the children's menu. I would think you should make reservations for all the guests in your party, however you will be charged full price for all guests. They will give you a credit after the meal for the children who ordered off the children's menu.

Is this old news that they either insisted, or recommended that reservations for kids be before 7:30pm?

Yes I recall that restriction when the new kids pricing was introduced, even if it was only for the more formal venues (eg Chops Grille) however there seems no mention of it now in their FAQs.

That policy is no longer in effect. I believe the only venue with restrictions on kids is Chef's Table.
