bwelborn Posted May 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2016 I am at my wits end. I have reset my password multiple times and still can not log into my NCL account. I talked to tech support and they basically had no answer. I even created a new account with a different email address and immediately it tells me that my login info doesn't match. (A browser that tries to keep websites from putting data form your pc such as cookies...) Probably because ncl can't set the trackers it wants to. bwelborn Posted May 24, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted May 24, 2016 I thought it was a browser issue also-I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. I even had my daughter try and log in using her laptop. I do the password reset, I click the link to reset password and get confirmation-your password has been changed.
