Booking through CAS: Price adjustments/up sells

Booked today for a 6/11/16 cruise and not 2 hours later the price drops. I have been watching this cruise for 3 weeks - go figure.

 

I've done this enough to know that I'm within final payment (19 days to sail) and they don't owe me anything.

 

I'm just curious if anyone has called CAS or the Upsell Dept in a similar situation and if they had any luck?

 

I booked a Balcony Guarantee. I'd take just about anything above that for little to no upgrade just to get the Free at Sea promo for the dining package.

 

The last time I cruised the Upsell Dept was still a "Fairy" and you could t just call them so I don't know what to expect. Or if I can even call them since I booked through CAS.

 

Any thoughts/suggestions?
