Tip Breakdown before tip increases began?

Recommended Posts

I am trying to figure out a charge on our Credit Card and all I can come up with is a gratuity adjustment.

Does anyone know what the specific allocation was before they started raising tips? At the time it was $12 per day per person.

Bob, thanks for the link. It was very helpful. Now, I wonder what the waiter, assistant waiter and head waiter were allocated.

Royal stopped releasing that info once the tips went from $11.65 to $12.00.

This is what it was at $11.65:

$5.00pp per day for Housekeeping Staff ($7.25 if in a GS or above)

$3.75pp per day for Waiter

$2.15pp per day for Assistant Waiter

$0.75pp per day for Head Waiter

$11.65pp per day ($13.90pp per day if booked in a GS or above)
