Does RCCL have an equivalent department to NCL's upsell department?

Royal's Revenue Department handles upsell offers. I don't know how upsells work on NCL, but on Royal, the upsell offers are normally initiated by the cruise line, not by the customer.

Would consider paying extra to upgrade but not at the current rates.

 

Being 2 weeks from sailing i figured they would be looking to fill higher end cabins.

Thanks, this is what i assumed but wanted to check.

 

NCL has an upsell department you can call a couple weeks out from sailing and they will make you offers, usually much cheaper than published rates.
