No they do not in my experience, only to street level on the side of the pier or 2nd level if you can grab and arriving cab that was just vacated. Some have gotten them to go to the adjacent pier when you arrive at a different pier then you embarked and your car is there with appropriate tip.

Just using the porter to get the unofficial speed pass thru customs is worth the trip, I mean TIP.

Don't bother crossing the street

 

Just take the elevator up to where they drop off the new pax

 

It will be quiet and there are plenty of cabs dropping off new pax so just grab one

 

 

Even at 8 am you will get a taxi

 

 

Even if you wait 10 minutes it's no big deal
