Question #1. If I put a gift card on my account and do not use all of the money, what happens to it? Do I get the remaining balance back? And if so in what form?

Question #2. Once I put the gift card on the account, can I cash it out somehow?

1 The written answer is it will be put on a new gift card and returned to you upon returning to home.

However several people have reported getting a check for the balance after returning home.

 

2 You can cash it out thru the casino by opening a account download the money into a slot marching make a couple pulls and then cash it out.

#1 is not true. People should refer to the long standing threads about these cards where answers to this question has been correctly answered numerous times.

 

The money is returned to you either with a new card or a check. People have reported getting one or the other. I myself have cashed out on two different cruises using the kiosks on the last night with no problem. Either way, your funds are returned unless the total balance is $10 or less. Then it is donated to St. Jude regardless of how it was funded unless you cash it out.
