Doing our first ever cruise on Britannia in September. Couple of questions re formal nights.

1. Are they more likely to be on sea days and when will they be announced?

2. Do they include the speciality restaurants?

You may get more people familiar with Britannia to see your question if you also post on the P&O forum here:

Yes, more likely to be on sea days unless your itinerary is very packed; often on the first sea day leaving Southampton, then on the next to the last night going home.

The formal wear is intended to be across the ship, and most people dress for this. If you don't want to wear formal, then the buffet is always open, or other restaurants.

Enjoy!
