We have pick 2 and we are paid in full. We chose UBP and UDP however we have someone traveling with us that does not have UDP. If we wanted to change that one to wifi can we do that even though we are paid in full? Does anyone know?

I think you can purchase the Speciality Dining Package for the extra person.

Why not just buy UDP for them? Wifi is useless and it's a vacation anyway.

Because it does not seem like a good deal unless you go to 3 Cagney's. $81.42 for a 3 meal pkg. I haven't priced them on their own lately since I was in suites the last few times on NCL and had UDP every night, but the Italian used to be $15 plus 18% and that is $17.70 or even it is now $20 that is $23.60 ....what am I missing? Have they gone up so much that they average $30+ before gratuities now?

Actually now that Verizon dropped their cruise ship $40. 100/100/100 plan .... The ships wifi for 250 free minutes would and should be a serious consideration

We took it and will touch base with the kids via FaceTime audio each night. Same as a phone call only no per minute charges

Texting will work and be free also which is not so with Verizon any longer

We use a wifi only iPad mini for this purpose not an iPhone so no worries about Verizon charges

Fwiw don't care for any of the specialty mdrs

And

We wouldn't drink enough to even cover the ubp dsc

Cagney's, LeBistro and La Cucina are now a la carte and can get pretty pricey depending on what you order. Here are the menus from the Escape to give you and idea of the pricing, even though I don't know if it will be the same:

Teppanyaki and Moderno are both $30.

I am a newbie to NCL. For an upcoming Panama Canal Cruise on the Jewel I picked the UBP and SDP for my 2 perks. How does the dining package work at the a la carte restaurants ???

Thank you!
