Head of wine on the Explorer

Can you confirm if Marjana Jankovic will be the head wine semmonier on the Explorer? She definitely has the skills for a 32-year old and is good in explaining how to understand and appreciate old world "delicate" wine. Please pass on our commendation to her for services.

However it does seem that Regent are putting all their best people on the new ship and we hope this does not mean there will be service issues on the other ships in the fleet

There have been a few poor reviews and unfavourable comparisons to other cruise-lines of late; mainly to do with new staff and perceived lack of training

Hope these issues will be addressed swiftly
