First time cruiser question. Is the steam and sauna rooms coed or only men on one side and only women on the other?

 

Also what all is included for the spa fees?

Welcome to cruise critic.

 

There are additional spa fees for Cloud 9 Spa facilities. Looking at the deck plan for the Triumph, it doesn't appear that they have a Cloud 9 spa.

 

The spa/gym facilities they do have are free. There is a separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms, as well as shower and washroom facilities. There would be a fairly well equipped gym that would be available for use. There are also pay fitness programs that might be considered.

 

They do have a fully equipped spa facilities that you would have to pay for individual treatments such as massages, acupuncture, as well as hair salon etc... They will have full price lists available when you board. They are always promoting their products. You an go for a tour on embarkation day, they usually have some kind of a draw for some spa prizes.

 

Overall the spa/gym facilities are usually quite nice and may help you feel somewhat better after indulging in that extra desert.
