The cabin itself will be the same as all the others of the same category...it is the next to last room, aft. I'd rather be aft than forward, but something mid-ship is more convenient and may possibly feel less motion, if the sailing happens to be rocky.

So do you think I should move midship then?

I would move forward if possible. Being last aft, you are nestled next to work spaces which could create some noise, although someone said they were in that cabin and didn't experience any. But for me, I'd get closer to the stair well, and the ship will ride better mid-ships. Really personal preference and dependent on cost. Look above and below any cabin on the deck plans to avoid high noise areas like the casino, bars, etc.

Okay calling to move midship 2nd deck (cost). I suddenly had a flash back of the three nighter to Ensenada we were in a short hallway in an inside next to the crew access door and it was slamming all night long.
