Taxi to FLL cruise port

If you depart for the pier around 10-11 am, taxis should be easy to find out front as they often are dropping cruisers off (from the arriving ships). If not, go back inside and have the front desk call for you.

The Springhill Suites in Dania beach also offers a shuttle service to the port for a per person fee (can't recall the price). You have to book it when you check in to reserve your spot. Not sure what would be the cheaper option for you, but it's worth inquiring. Enjoy your cruise!

Did this just change? We never paid for a shuttle from Springhill Suites to port, even last Dec.

This.

If you don't spot a larger cab, another cabbie can call a buddy to head over too. And no need for you to book a shuttle company. Plus they will charge per person instead of per ride. This isn't a long ride.

Does any one know if hotel shuttles (Hyatt) require you to use a carseat or are they large buses which don't have seat belts...Will need one from FLL to Hyatt Place with two toddlers 3 & 4. Our rental car will have carseats but we aren't picking that up until the next day...so just need to get to hotel that night before.
