WHen my family and I went on a Disney Cruise, we decorated our door to help my small child find our roomeasier. I think it would be fun to do the same thing here. Is it possible? If so, would a magnet work on the doors or are they not metal? Thank you.

We put hanging signs up and they were stolen within 2 days, so use something that secures better so can't be lifted....

I don't have the height but the width of the standard doors is 24" and the handicap cabins are 32".

We put this on our friends door. Take note our use of frog tape! We read on one of the other threads to take some duck tape but we already had frog tape! Didn't need to use it for any thing else as our flip flops didn't break and we could identify our luggage! Also the lady at the check in desk at the airport had a laugh when she saw it in our hand luggage! We explained that we had seen it on the list of essential items for first time cruisers!

Oh wow! I knew they decorated on Disney but had never thought to do it on another cruise line. We'll be sailing on my daughter's 5th birthday, so we will most definitely be decorating our door for her :)

This was a door in the YC just before Christmas last year.

We put pictures of our dogs in a cruise ship magnetic frame on the door.

 

We also put a magnetic note pad and pen on the door. We have received a lot of interesting messages from fellow passengers over the years. :-)
