In the last few days you have removed the designation "[I]Grand Voyage[/I]" from a significant number of your cruises; this obviously also removes the associated additional attractive benefits from these cruises

Could you explain the rationale behind this change, which appears to be a retrograde step. We thoroughly enjoyed a Grand Voyage last year and welcomed the additional benefits & perks.

How will you handle guests who booked these cruises before the Grand Voyage designation was removed?
