cherbear4000 Posted June 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2016 Has anyone filled out the Carnival price guarantee form and been successful? I want to do the rhino riders in St. Maarten. It is $95 through Carnival and $69 through Island Marketing. I am not sure if I should bother booking with Carnival and trying to get price difference refunded or if I should just book through Island Marketing. riffatsea Posted June 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2016 Hi, There was another thread about this a few days ago. The 2 excursions must match exactly! That means the duration, amenities(food/drink) and the sights have to be exactly the same to get the price guarantee money. You can always book the Carnival excursion, put in the form and if they don't agree that the 2 are exactly the same then you can cancel Carnival and book the other one. Up to you. bakersdozen12 Posted June 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted June 24, 2016 In addition to everything matching exactly, the non-Carnival excursion has to be open to cruise ship passengers. Meaning, if it's only available to hotel guests, you are out of luck. I speak from experience. It has to actually be "bookable". But I will say 2 out of 4 worked. Edited June 24, 2016 by Smart Arsenal Fan
