I've read that Guest Services have birthday and "I'm celebrating" ones.

Maybe not so specific as the park though.

Most of the time. Unless they unexpectedly run out.

 

Well, I'll amend that - I know they have Happy Anniversary and I'm Celebrating my Birthday buttons.

I've never seen one for "I'm Celebrating My Birthday."

 

I've seen "Happy Anniversary," "I'm Celebrating," and "It's My Birthday."

 

Our dinner server handed out the "I'm Celebrating" on the graduation trip AND came up with a cake--totally unasked for on our part.

 

No, I've never seen a "First Cruise" button.

The I'm Celebrating (birthday) button I've seen was a generic "I'm Celebrating" with a blank space to write in whatever. The one I say said "my birthday". Now, maybe, it's one from the parks.

The newer birthday buttons look different now. They're still smaller than the park pin. I literally had one of our cruise birthday buttons in my hand about 5 minutes ago.
