Paid deposit on phone! How long until money comes out of account ?

Morning we paid most of our cruise deposit over the phone on Saturday when booking for next September.. The gentleman assured me if went through and I got the email receipt, but the money hasn't left the account yet. How long would this normally take to leave account??

My last two bookings have the money has left the account by 3 working days
