XE is my go to for currency conversion around the globe, but as mentioned above all of the tourist places you are likely to visit on Coz will have prices posted in US dollars. No need to convert any money into pesos unless you want souvenirs.

some restaurants and beach clubs on the east side also list in pesos and then have "converted" US$ prices. They love to take US$, but don't expect to get the latest conversion rate. If you pay in pesos, tip generously, or you may get scowls.
