Is it true to say that people who have booked ship excursions get off ship first? I'm trying to arrange a private tour but am not sure how long it will roughly take to disembark

Unless the port is a tender port, I'd figure around 30 minutes after scheduled arrival.

Yes, it could change the timing as guests with cruise line excursions get priority on the tenders. Full suite guests (GS or better) also get priority.

There is a better chance of some folks seeing the question who have direct experience with your ports. I'd be sure to mention the ship name and specific tender ports.

Will not make any difference at Santorini, because ship tours will tender off at a different location before the ship 'anchors' and regular tendering begins. Is your second tender port Katakolon? I've not been there...EM
