Dining question

It is quite evident that Princess is cutting costs. Beef medallions are expensive. Pork belly is not.

I will be on the Royal for New years Eve but I am a frequent Celebrity cruiser where I have noticed a severe decline in MDR food since the introduction of the suite dining room.

I am hoping that the food on Princess is better but this discussion gives me pause.

The beef medallions "sold" very well. So the reason they were removed had nothing to due with lack of demand.

I know that. That wasn't my point. I was talking about the Curtis Stone dishes. Oh, I give up.

If that's the biggest mistake you've made this year, you're doing okay! At least you waited till the end of November before making your first mistake! :p

 

I usually just enter 2 or 3 periods and put the reason for editing down as "entered in error" or some such, like I did for my comment to your message. I wouldn't even worry about it though.

I found the dining room staff to be wonderful in trying to meet any request. Just ask for anything you want and you will be surprised at how often they can make you happy.

 

If you cannot decide between two dishes, order both. If you have something you want again, just ask if you can have it again. Of course they cannot do everything, but it doesn't hurt to ask and the staff is there to help in any way that they can.
