Exactly the same way you created this thread. Except it should be on the Solstice roll call forum. Just title it something along the lines of the following. "Solstice - Alaska July 14 2017"

Should point out that you creating a post on the correct roll call forum using the above title scheme does not guarantee that your post gets accepted as the roll call. People have to respond to it enough that it gets recognized. I have started several roll calls and even responded to my original post only to see a later post be taken as the official roll call because people saw the later post first and responded.
