20% Discount on Ultimate and Premium Package just appeared today (Anthem March 2017)

Recommended Posts

The UP and PP are both 20% off on or I sailing. UP is $48 and PP is $46. Can someone tell me what the regular prices are? I have an UP sitting in my cart for dh. I don't think it is worth purchasing but he insists it will be. It wasn't on our last cruise. ;-)

Unfortunately, there are no "regular" prices anymore. RC has implemented a Dynamic Pricing model, so that prices can change sailing to sailing.

Depending on when your last cruise was, the onboard drink prices have gone up substantially last year.

So @ $48 for the UP roughly equals, 4 beers and 2 glasses of wine, or 3 cocktails, 1 glass of wine and a bottle of water. if you have 2 specialty coffees in one day, 3 drinks and a beer will put you over the $48.

Just booked the 20% discounted fare for my LOTS sailing in late February. Came out to $46 per day for the Ultimate package plus gratuity. Not to sound like a lush but I will single handedly drink Royal out of house and home. Lattes in the morning along with a few hangover cure type drinks such as blood marys or mimosas followed by beers and frozen drinks throughout the day. I would top that off with cocktails and wine in the evening hours. That easily could add up to $100 per day.

Notice the difference in the wine bottle discount.

This is version v41 - and says 40% off wines under $100 I will take a print out. In the past, there has been no problem sharing bottles of discounted wine. Has anyone heard if this has changed?

No problem at all sharing bottles, they will even pour the bottles for as many people as you like.

Thanks Bob. I really only drink at dinner - wine so when I realised the Ultimate was 40% off, it justified upscaling my husband's package from Premium for our 24 day TP.
