Seabourn has new smoking policy effective end of 2016

We just got a notice from Seabourn. They finally updated their smoking policy. It Is being phased in but will be totally effective by the end of the year.

No more smoking on Verandahs! There will be a few smoking places on the ship for those that have to smoke but this is huge change for the better.
