Half a day in FLL

We will have half of a day in FLL before our plane back home. We have a transfer from our boat to the airport, but we were wondering what's some things we can do within walking distance (or a short cab ride) from the airport?

Nothing from the airport. If you want to do something in Ft Lauderdale you rent a car and don't go to the airport at all until you fly home.

 

You can also take a post cruise excursion, although most of them are kinda lame.

Cancel the transfer !! How much time do you really have ? Consider renting a car if you have enough time.
