Il Secundo Bacio?

I was looking at a review of someone's Scandinavia/Russia cruise on Silhouette in 2015. They posted a picture of their "Celebrity today, and it listed "Il Secundo Bacio" on deck 14 as a coffee and beverage spot. Is this a second Café al Bacio? If so, is it open the same hours and does it have the same specialty coffees and sweets/pasteries as the regular al Bacio?

I've only been on Eclipse and Equinox in the last few years, and I never saw a second al Bacio. It would be great if they had a second location on the ship, for in my experience al Bacio can get really crowded and the service can be very slow.
