The problem is the long cruises over 90 days

 

Yep, and its even more difficult because most passengers are in well up in years :). The best solutions are quiet expensive....but so are the cruises. Somebody suggested Nationwide (Google Nationwide Cruise Insurance) which actually will issue a policy for this type of trip that includes $150,000 in Med, 1 Million in evacuation, and cancellation coverage. The downside is that this policy will usually cost more than $4000 (depends on age). But we post this just to show that there are options, other then the cruise line offered policies which generally have inadequate medical limits.
