Alicomp Posted August 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2016 If you have used the Concierge Lounge on the Regal would you please describe it to me? What are the amenities and what are the hours. Is it someplace one could sit and read for a couple of hours? Thank you. Alice

cheeseclan Posted August 15, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 15, 2016 We used it quite a bit on our Baltic cruise the end of May. Nice snacks, boys loved the cookies and lemonade, hot beverages etc. The staff was also very helpful and there about 8 hours through out the day. Yes comfy chairs to sit and relax in. two big TVs as well. Most of the time it was pretty quite except for the last day before debarkation. Lots of people there to get staff to print their boarding passes etc. Enjoy.
seamwoman Posted August 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2016 We are in a penthouse suite across from the lounge. Are bottles of water available there? Any salty snacks in the afternoon? Thanks, Karen
Rare TracieABD Posted August 15, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 15, 2016 There are no bottles of water in the lounge. If you want bottled water, you can purchase a flat of water for $6.90 for 12 bottles. You do have to order it before you get on board and it will be the room when you get there. It is a great bargain- but you do have to plan and pay ahead. You can also swap out your mini bar on a one to one basis for bottles of water. As for salty snacks, Yes, there are peanuts and sometimes bar mix.
cheeseclan Posted August 15, 2016 #6 Share Posted August 15, 2016 They also had cheese and crackers and olives there every night as well. Bottles of water will be in your bar set up. Or buy the 12 pack to have in the room. That is what we did.
seamwoman Posted August 16, 2016 #7 Share Posted August 16, 2016 Thanks for your prompt responses. We'll continue to take a case of water on board as we live close to the port. I won't take a bag of snacks! I enjoyed hearing from you Tracie as I have followed all your LIVES and feel that I know you! Karen
