I would not think you could pay the difference

You would pay the full price for the OC & OE excursions unless you got one of the packages where a discount is applied to a specific # of paid excursions on the cruise

You may want to do the math. Could be better to take the OBC option and buy the excursions that you really want.

 

Also, price private excursions or shared excursions with people on your roll call.

We found the prices for a private group of 4 was sometimes less than the price for one or two people using Oceania excursions.
